Sorry but this probably isnt much help as it is for visitors to Ireland.

Emergency dental treatment for the relief of pain and urgent denture repairs are available to those eligible under EU regulations from a dentist contracted to the health board. Other necessary dental treatment is provided through local Health Office clinics as well as by contracted dentists.
If dental treatment becomes necessary, contact the local Health Office or health centre to get details of contracted dentists or local Health Office clinics. In emergencies, ascertain that the dentist you choose yourself is contracted to the local Health Office to provide services under the GMS system, and tell him or her that you are seeking treatment under EU regulations.

This one is for the Dental School but probably not much use either, as they are only open to provide additional out of hours emergency service on Saturdays, Sundays and Public Holidays from 9am to 11.00pm.Dublin Dental School and Hospital Out of Hours Emergency Service?
Telephone (01) 612 7200

Your call will be connected to an answering service
After you hear the beep tone, state clearly your name and the telephone number and where you can be reached for the next two hours
A dentist will telephone you as soon as possible and advise you as to what to do next.

Why not phone your local hospital and ask for advice, they might even be able to give him pain relief until tomorrow.

hope this helps :)

I would start with the phone book. Usually they are very thick books with white or yellow pages in them or sometimes both. You can also try 1-800-Dentist if you cant figure that out it's 1-800-336-8478

Your own dentist should see him as an emergency, (you do have a dentist and take him for regular check ups, don't you???)

The phone book will always state which dental surgeries carry an emergency/after hours service.
