I owned that flat iron a while ago, and it doesn't work at all. It was the biggest waste of money ever. My hair is wavy and really thick, and even after two hours of trying to get it to work, my hair wasn't stick-straight. My hair was so damaged and looked horrible. You should save up and get a nicer one like a Solia or a Sedu that won't damage your hair so much. If you can't afford it you're better off blowdrying your hair straight.

well I'm only going to suggest a chi..or any other professional.... And ill tell you why..... when you buy "CHEAP" flat irons they damage your hair severely The heating elements do not heat evenly and can cause very serious breakage to your hair... I have had several experiences with clients come in and their hair has broken off at the ends leaving them with short pieces all over.... So just think about it before you go get one and this happen to you but if you are going to just make sure you buy something to protect your hair before you start flat ironing it.... Good luck

I say skip the flat iron and use a blow dryer. Trust me no matter what brand you get, flat irons are really damaging for your hair. Especially since your's is thin. A blow dryer will minimize damage and give you more volume and shape. Trust me, I've been a hair stylist for over 10 years.

idk how good conair is but my suggestion is to get a ceramic iron first of all. Ceramic is better for your hair than regular irons and ionic infused ceramic flat irons are even better. Also you should be able to work magic out of anything you have. And if not, what you use on your hair is also important in how it's outcome occurs (like gels, your shampoo, conditioner, etc.). Oh yeah the iron that i use is stella idk. Good luck!

Whatever you do dont get that flatiron!!!! I had one just like it and it worked horrible. It took forever to heat up and it never did a good job. Conair isnt very good. For you i would suggest a small one like an 1or 1/2 inch. Hot tools makes good ones. and most of theres are small. GOOD LUCK : )

Walmart has a nice ceramic one that is about $14. I used it before I got my Chi.

I use Conair with ceramic plates (black and gold). Works like a wonder.

I suggest Hot Tools. They can be purchased at any Trade Secret.
