I read a doctor's report once that said the noise you hear is an air bubble popping and that "popping" your knuckles does not cause them to become enlarged. Arthritis and other ailments cause them to become enlarged.

Yes and yes. Over a long period of time, it swells the knuckles up. When you get older you can count on having arthritis if you continue to crack your fingers now.

It can cause arthritis and yes it can make your knuckles large.

i heard something like cracking your knuckles make your fingers look bgger... but i don't think its true either.
i also heard that if you crack your fingers you'll get arthritis...
i don't know if thats true or not..
