i want to eat breakfast lunch and dinner so what can i eat to keep it under 1000 calories? No fast food or pizza etc and please dont answer with a lecture please answer with a real response..

I was thinking a low fat yogurt in the AM with my green tea. Then for lunch just half of what i would eat or some soup with less calories in it wiht lots of water..some veggies or fruit to snack on and chicken and salad or low cal rice for dinner with of course lots of water. Im taking hoodia also
