I've heard that rubbing lemon juice on the freckles and then going outside in the sun will help them disappear.

Try an over the counter medication called Obagi. I have been using it for freckles and dark spots and it works. It is a little expensive.

Avoid direct sun light and use a fading cream like Porcelana. If used as directed, it works very well.

get out of the sun and wear sun block they will fade but only a bit..
