its harder to become pregnate.mypregnacy book is outdated so some things are true and some are not.and this is one of my deciding factors on weither to breast feed for a long period of time or not and switch to the bottle after like a month.

Well, you know what they say....the best form of birth control is a brand new baby in the house! You are tired. That is one reason it's hard to get aroused sexually. It's nature's way of spacing pregnancies, I think. Breastfeeding takes energy, too, and makes you even more tired. Breastfeed for 6 months and then decide.

No it's not harder to get aroused and yes you can get pregnant while breastfeeding.

Gad, between that & the pregnancy, it was one of the most horny times of my life!
