DON'T TAKE DIET PILLS!!
Will people ever learn!!!! Diet pills may work at the time, but you cannot take them forever, and then when you stop, you gain all of your weight back plus more! Working out and eatting right works much better.

Ok....I agree with most of these people. Diet pills really aren't good for you, regardless. HOWEVER, I have found a VITAMIN that helps with curving your hunger so you don't eat all day long. It's One-a-Day Weight Smart. I've been using it for about 2 weeks, and I've lost 5 pounds because I don't eat as MUCH as I do. It helps with portion control.

Over the counter (OTC) diet pills are considered as food supplements, and their use is unregulated. However, these are very popular and people continue to use them without considering the adverse side effects. Prescription diet pills are regulated and their side effects are monitored. I found information on weight loss pills and their side effects at http://toloseweight.org/weightlosspill.html

Why not just diet & exercise and that way you'll have changed your lifestyle and be able to keep the weight off without the side effects or having to spend $$ on pills???

Surely it has to be from a qualified doctor to avoid any form of danger to your health. If a doctor can't tell you the best and safest diet pill, then for me, no one can.

There are guys on the corner of bad neigborhoods or anywhere else for that matter that sell little bags of white powder and rocks that work really well for losing weight. Be careful though they can be addicting.

It's really not such a good idea to be taking any kind of diet pill. You can lose weight naturally, it just takes a bit of effort.
