Yes...steer him in the direction of vertebrate paleontology...it's a hell of a lot of fun.

depending on his age, yes.
funny story. my friend was a councelor at a sixth grade camp, and one of the boys in her group thought he was a cow. well, this kid walked around on his hands and knees and ate grass. i just about died laughing when she told me. =D
