If I were to choose a plasma TV, my first choice would be
Pioneer Elite. Unless you're looking for the cheapest one
I doubt that you would find a better one.
Consider LCD HDTVs as well. My choice there is Sony.

panosonic sells the most plasma tv in the us some people like lg but remember lg is lucky gold star the zenith company they do make there own plasma panels and are priced well, but pioneer make a killer plasma and samsung does too look for a panel that has 2 hdmi inputs 1080 i and has the hd built in the samsung and panosonic should be around 2100 dollars the pioneer 3200 i been selling tvs for 20 years and i would buy the samsung looks great doesnt hum and has a fantastic picture
