You need to get a respectable friend or relative of your boyfriend to write a letter of invitation for you. In this letter will need to be a pledge that this person will be responsible for you financially during your stay. In this circumstance, it may be better if the friend is female.

The person will have to give proof of British citizenship (ideally they should be born in the UK, but cannot have been a citizen for less than three years) and proof of financial status (ie bank statement or employer's pay slip).

All this, along with details of your accommodation, and duration of your stay, will have to be faxed to the British consulate nearest to you. So should also have a copy of the letter of invitation with you when to visit the consulate in person.

At the consulate you may have to undergo an interview. This is to find out whether you intend to visit the UK for any criminal activity, or whether you intend to stay on illegally in the UK. If you have commitments in Peru that will bring you back to your country, then tell the officials about them.

It may be better not to mention your boyfriend unless directly asked. Certainly do not lie though.

I am in UK, and I am form over sea. My boyfriend is EU national, and we want to spent more time together. So we applied to unmarried partnership visa. To qualify for it, you have to have evidence of cohabitation minimum of 2 years akin to marriage (bank statements, bills etc on the same address for both you and your partner) and your passport and his passport, 2 of your passport size photos and filled application form. Take that to British embassy in your country to apply for it.
If you guys have not lived together for 2 years or have not got the evidence, then you can try to be a student. Find a school with a course you want to do first, and pay the fee and enrol into it. Then get a visa letter from your school. Go to embassy with the letter, enrolment slip, your passport and application form.
Also, if you are still young, you may qualify for working holiday. Requirement for it differ country to country slightly, so you should check it with the embassy in your country.
Work permit or HSMP could be the best one to enter UK, but it is so difficult to get.
All the application forms can be downloaded form Home Office or UK Visa's web site, as well as guide lines, so you should definitely check that.
Very good luck.

Get your boyfriend to move to Peru! That way you don't have to pay UK taxes which are extortionate nor would you have to put up with our sh!tty government and you get good weather in Peru, which we don't get here! So don't move to the UK!

It depends on what type of visa your boyfriend is on. Then you can go to www.britishembassy.gov.uk/ they have step by step info of what you need to do to get your visa. If your boyfriend is on a work permit, you need to apply for a visa you will need to fill in form VAF1 - non-settlement.
