It is very old and I'm trying to find out what the picture means. maybe in the wwII era or earlier

The CCC? Civilian Conservation Corps?

Yeah, it was the symbol for the Soviet Union Lenonism, or communism. You should wear it at the next Republican National Convention, it will be a big hit.

it could be an old communism symbol. farming was the main job back then.
