There are a variety of pretty "up-do's" that would be perfect for a wedding. I prefer the "piled up" look over really tight styles. However, these can be extremely difficult to do on your own. Whenever I have to go to a formal function and can't go have my hair done or don't know what to do with it, I usually opt for putting it up in a French twist. It's simple, classy, and looks great with everything. You can use some tasteful hair accessories to add some glitz or coordinate the style with your outfit.

Good luck!

With all the different lengths, you can be versatile. You can either wear it down and wavy or curled, or in an updo with some tendrils trailing down from the sides. You could also do a fancy ponytail with a pretty clip or flower in the back to match your outfit. If you happen to be all thumbs with your hair like I am, splurge on a salon visit for this special occasion. Hairdressers love to do fancy, creative hairstyles for weddings, and with your hair they could do all sorts of neat things.

Do it like Hermione in Harry Potter: Goblet of Fire

It was kind of a "piled up" look - very nice and classy looking.

Well it all depends on how your drees is if it's strapless, you can wear straight down or in loose wavy curls. If your dress oes have straps you can wear it up an updo.
