I would hope so, since God works through natural laws as far as I can tell. God has created other worlds as numerous as the sands on the seashore. I'm sure there is dna on many of them as well.

There is no logic to your statement. First of all just because something occurred naturally on this planet, it by no way follows that it would occur in a completely different environment on another planet!!! Secondly, the conditions today are VERY different to what they were like 4 billion years ago.

Kind of a silly question. "Natural" as compared to What?
If you consider yourself or any living organism as "natural", yeah, it occurs naturally in your own body, and in every known living thing.
And yes, DNA (like any other molecule ever discovered) could occur SPONTENEOUSLY in any location that both has the original building blocks, and the environment to initiate and support it's existence. We just haven't been to another besided Earth yet.
Saying it doesn't exist "naturally" because it isn't found everywhere is like saying diamonds don't exist because you did not find them on the moon. You just need to look in the right spot.

Does rain occur naturally?
Do trees occur naturally?
Do rats occur naturally?
Does rain occur on the moon?
Do trees occur on the moon?
Do rats occur on the moon?
Alternatively can you find ANY scientist, creationist, ID, evolutionist or otherwise who denies that DNA occurs within nature? Please post a link.
Below is a link to the Reasons to Believe site (an "Intelligent Design" site) discussing the DNA of the earliest creatures on earth.

Anything is possible. I beleive there is life even on Mars, us simple peons are just not privy to that level of information though. So, we are taught that it is an unhospitable world incapable of supporting advanced lifeforms.

Oh, yes. Actually God produces all the strands of DNA, doesn't he?
That must explain why he doesn't have any time left over to answer prayers or heal the sick...
