Seriously... starchy stuff that turns into sugar in your bloodstream ought to work. Put butter on your vegetables, that shouldn't hurt your lactose intolerance. About that, btw... you can take Lactaid pills so that you can have dairy. :)

Carbs will pack the weight Potatoes, bread, pasta, anything with white flour in it. This is what you shouldn't eat when you are dieting. Have you ever had your thyroid checked? If not you should. It will keep you from gaining weight. They can control it with medication.

well don't just eat lots of junk food because thats not really healthy either.. i'm really skinny too.. you might just have high metabolism like i do. you can go to the doctor if you want and see if your underweight. just eat healthy and exercise every now and then and you should be fine.

i wouldn't suggest eating a lot of fatty foods and sweet candys. i would go with exersiz, pleanty of water, and healthy foods. if you ezersize then it is a healthy way to gain weight. muscle will add shape to u're body also.

Eat lots of breads and potatoes. Anything starchy. Bacon and eggs. Avacados are high in fat.

can make your muscles bigger, and muscle weighs 5 times as much as fat
so just get a little muscle and youl be fine
