He probable is I just won't pay him any attention because tell your husband might make things worst. Think of him a a pervert on the street. That is really disrespectful of him though...

What he is doing is not right but I can understand him. He may not even realize that he is licking his lips. I often catch myself doing a double take or stopping to stare when I see an attractive younger woman. I have even caught myself muttering something out loud ( like "whoa" or "wow"). I am sure that if someone saw me do this I would be thought of as a dirty old man (I'm 51). I have often "checked out" my son's girlfriend. But this doesn't mean that I plan on taking it any further. Actually, it has... I have often wanted to go up to a woman who attracted my attention and compliment her on how well she looks. Especially if she is in great shape and in her 40's, 50's and 60's. But I don't because I am affraid it may be taken the wrong way. You see as men get older their body ages but their mind sort of stays in a set time.... In my mind's eye, I am about 27 years old... But soon as I see myself in a store window reality shows it's ugly face.
What I am trying to say is unless he tries something further just try to get used to it and take it as a compliment. His mind is probably wondering to younger days. If you say anything then approach your father-in-law directly and tell him that it makes you feel uncomfortable and you would appreciate it if he could make a conscious effort to stop doing it. Do not get others involved at this point! I am sure that he will be embassased enough by just you approaching him... No need to make others think that he is a pervert at this time... Respect his dignity for now... Of course, I he tries to go further then all bets are off!

I would say, yes, he is flirting. Could be harmless, and he is just admiring your youth and beauty? But to be on the safe side, never act as if you enjoy it. Dirty old men tend to get worse if they feel they are getting response. Ignore him as much as possible when the flirting starts. If nothing helps, talk to your husband, he is the one who should address his father. Let him discuss the matter with him, he may very well be a flirt at heart and doesn't realize he is making you uncomfortable..Whatever the case, you should not have to endure this! Good luck, gal.

That's not called flirting.
That's called being a dirty old man.
Tell your husband how you feel about it.
If your husand doesn't bother to clean the old goat's clock, dump your husband. This sort of behavior runs in families, and you must protect your daughters.

I would give him the benefit of doubt unless he make it obvious. You have the responsibility of being totally unresponsive...even to being verbal about it if he forces you.
On he other hand, stay calm and handle it with poise and strength. Try your best to be positive...and to show no negative signs.

It sounds like he is going someplace he isn't supposed to be. If I were you, I'd tell your husband. If he doesn't believe you, then confront the father in law the next time he does it!

Maybe you have to vivid imagination. Staring in breast is quite innocent. Remember that usually father in law like selection of his son, in a kind of fatherly way it is normal.

It's possible that he is attracted to you, but it sounds like he is not overtly hitting on you. Get a t-shirt that says "My eyes are up here" with an arrow pointing up. Wear it whenever he comes over.

He probably just thinks your hot and everyone checks everyone out, I would not worry about it but if your really worried about it then just do not be alone with him. So what if he thinks your good looking. But its another story if he talks flirtatious to you.
