If it's only for a few days, she probably just needs some space. Try waiting a few days and then talking to her about it. Generally when people take a "break" though, it's only a short time before a temporary break becomes a permanent one.

Ouch. Been there before, on both sides of the equation. "Taking a break", in most cases is a softer way of leading to a break up. I've heard (and used) the excuses, "I think we just need some time apart" or "Let's just see if we miss each other".
Anytime I wanted to "take a break", I was just looking for sometime away to come up with a better reason to break up. Sometimes it was to see other people, other times it was that I just wanted out. Most people in good relationships don't tend to take breaks, they stick it out.
Not telling you what to do, but be aware, it sounds like she's looking for a way out.

It probably means that she just needs some time to herself or with other friends. Do you hang out evreyday? Talk evreyday? She may be a little overwhelmed at the moment. I do not think that you need to worry about it. If she can tell that you are worrying about it then she is going to re-think her intentions of the break. Everyone needs alone time, so use this time to think about things yourself.

It means she has a date with another guy during that "break" and doesn't want to cheat on you. since you would be "broken up" during that time.. whatever she does with him would be fine.
you need to tell her how you feel and what you want. if she doesn't want the same thing then just end it. don't be used like this.

Sometimes it is just time for a "vacation." She probably just needs a couple days to just breathe and concentrate on herself, like she did before you became a couple. It is great to have someone, but also great for ones mental health to just be alone once in awhile.

Okey, if she think in that way than go for a break. That may generate some more love to you.
