Simply by doing some sort of exercise and eating healthily. There's nothing wrong with eating the 'wrong' foods, as long as its in moderation.

I can highly recommend Carol Vorderman's detox diet. It works wonders if you stick to it for the 28 days. On the diet, you can eat as much as you want and never feel hungry - as long as you are eating the right things. Combine this with exercise and you can shift those pounds.

I lost 2 stone in 1 month and went down from a 16 to a 10/12 without over indulging on the exercise. Over the next few months I lost another 1.5 stones by loosely following the principals of the diet.

Try to avoid anything with excess fat and greese. It's best if you can make your own meals. Go to an organic foods store and ask about some meals. Eat fruits, vegetables, and protein. Also start an exercise routine. You could join a gym and see about getting a personal trainer, buy an exercise tape at the store, or just walk/run for about 30 min a day.

do excersises in the morning and go to the gym more but don't eat any macdonalds,burger king or KFC meals or it will get alot worse

try skipping really really fast to jungle or hardcore techno for half and hour every day. the weight will literally drop off you.

By eating less and exercising more...you need to create a calorie deficit.

eat two good sized meals a day, no meals after 6pm and only snack on fruits.

Works for me everytime!!
