yeah I would party for like a month that wold be so sweet dam I kinda wish this was true so I could have 10000. I would not put it in the bank because if you deposit anything over 9999 dollars the bank does an investigation into where the money came from so you would need prof thats why I would just take it home. Ooo yeah I would also burn the wallet with the note and pics in it so there is nothing.

Regardless of the mortgage payment and the picture... Is it YOUR money? You are to make all attempts to find the rightful owner. If you can't, you turn it over to the police.

By law, once a certain period of time has passed, you can claim the item. So, if you find a wallet, do the right thing.

You'll show character and you have self respect if you're not rewarded by the owner.

I would turn it over to the owner. Find the owner and give it to them. If you hand it over to the authorities, they will make it a legal matter. The Purse held a statement, of reposession. Probably this is money some young man/women, borrowed cash from their parents . Who knows ? I would carefully question the owner and make sure it it theirs. Then get a written note, from them stating they got it back after it was lost. and with the date on it. Make them show you two forms of ID. Good Luck.

ok good question but who care about the family im not that kinda person because Im worried about me, but here is the problem, if I wanted to claim this money and not get "******" by the IRS then I would have to claim it as found on the street, and leave out the rest, and if that guy finds it big deal if not and a year goes by i get it free of charge cause i did literally find it... so then i would be straight... but other than that i dont care bout no family, shoulda used online bill pay mofo's

With an ID, (the mtg papers), I'd give it back regardless of the repo notice or the three children. Keeping a wallet with an ID in it is almost like stealing because you know whose it is....... with no ID I think I'd give it to the authorities but temptation being what it is ..........

find the owner. never go to the cops. if you're story is true, they hold it for 30 days before releasing it.
on the other hand. if they were stupid enough to lose a wallet with 10g's in it. then it is lost forever. happy shopping!
