just kidding. It's actually a good sounding name. I don't think ghetto- just unusual which is cool. My name is uncommon- Preston and I like unusual and uncommon names. Too many Britneys and Kaitlins these days. So would Shak or Shaka be the shortened version of Shakara? i.e. how John is to Johnathan. or is shortening in this case, inappropriate?
