I don't know for certain, but I am on Lexapro myself right now and have been for about 6 weeks, and my last 2 cycles, have been different then normal. So I think it's possible!

i've been on Lexapro for a few months now, and yes, i have noticed some changes in my cycle....its a bit irregular. i have also gained 20 pounds with lexapro :( so yeah, lexapro is pretty powerful and can affect some things...

Ive read alot about medications like that. I take Xanax for anxiety and Zoloft for Depression and not once have I ever read that it messes with a woman's menstrual cycle. I do agree though, you should consult your pharmacist, he would definately know.

I switched for zoloft to lexapro and I have had no problems with my cycle
