Because being a woman is perpetual punishment, in whatever form it can come.... Or, some people's hair is just more naturally oily than others. My hair is the same way.

your head sweats and produces whats called sebbum. Its natural oils from your oil glands this helps your hair stay healthy. Thats why some people say its good to go a couple of days without washing it if you want to have hair grown and be healthy. When you wash it shampoo will dry this sebbum out and thats whay make its feel fresh and clean. If you have long enough hair to put in a pony-tale it is very good to not wash your hair everyday and this will help with the dirty feeling. I have short hair and even though its not good to wash it I do everyday because of being gross feeling. The more you wash your hair the more you produce sebbum. If you can get on a routine of washing every other day eventually your hair wont produce as much sebbum and it wont feel so oil/dirty.

Did you use too much hair product? All of the products to reduce frizz have oil in them. They will cause your hair to look oily sooner than normal.

High production of sebum (hair oil). Oil production differs from individual to individual. Also some of the things you are doing to your hair may activate the oil glands in an attempt to 'save' your hair from damage.

Change your shampoo and conditioner, you supposed to buy a different kind every time you run out, that keeps your hair in better condition because you hair gets different things out of each one you use
