The reason I ask is that he has lil ones over all the time, and I belive that sometimes it may be without the supervision of their mother. Could anyone direct me to were I can find Michigan law relating to sex offenders and what they can and cannot do as far as being around children? I would love to get this swine arrested...

What a sick fu**. Just goes to show they never stop. I worked in an attorneys office for 5 years and know that there are special provisions each offender has to follow as part of probation guidelines. I'm sure that it's stipulated in this sicko's probation that he's not to be around children unsupervised. Please call your local police dept. or probation dept. They will definitely be interested in this information. More the parole office than the actual city cops. GOOD FOR YOU ON TAKING AN ACTIVE PART IN PROTECTING CHILDREN FROM PREDATORS LIKE THIS ONE. If more people would say I'm going to do something about this instead of it's not my business, less children would be hurt by pigs like this.

Depends on the law in your state, some states make it clear (I think) a molester cannot be around anyone under the age of 17, but you would have to check on that to confirm it. Even if it is law don't hold your breath on them enforcing it. This country is in sad need of a Strict Federal law dealing with these destroyers of innocence (children).

Check with your local police department. They should have the statute on file. If he has a business providing day care for ill children, he has to disclose his sex offender status to his clients. It may be that he has supervision (a co-worker) and is in compliance with the law.

call your city or county dispatch. Or call the sheriffs office. They should be able to tell you. In most states they CAN NOT be within 1000 ft from Daycare, School or any program that has children present. You will probly need either his address or name so that they can check him and see what his restrictions are. UGH on him having kids over.

i would call the cops. chances are if he has been just released he is not supposed to be with children unsupervised. i would err on the side of protecting those children than being wrong and wasting the cops time.

I think you should find out what his real crime was first. Before you go making accusations, you need the facts. I'm not giving a child molester a break by any means, but at the same time, you can't go on a witch hunt because he committed a crime in the past.
