I am a gay man. But this is not the issue. This goes for straight people to. What do you think this is about? Me? I think it's more than physical. But that's me! What about you?

Having sex with the intent of strengthening the emotional bond between the two of you. If you have no emotional connection or you're just doing it for physical pleasure than it's not "making love".

Well I'm not sexually active, but I believe I have "made love" with my bf. I mean there have been a few kissing sessions where there was just so much more. We both just felt happy and fulfilled after, he even commented on it. I think it's more of a spiritual connection than anything else. You just feel like you are glowing from the inside out. Being close physically just adds to loves punch

"Make love" to me is when you and your partner get physical together, but not only is it physical you have to feel the love, when you have sex , so it is emotional too.

If you being gay isn't the issue, then why did you say it at all?

"making love" is being physically and emotionally intimate with my partner.

Sex is easy.

Intimacy is difficult.
