No ... and what is your source for this claim?

And contrary to common belief, Mormons believe in Jesus Christ and in the Bible, and therefore consider themselves Christians.

Last time I checked I was fairly pretty and I had fun After school hanging out with my friends! I am a very faithful Mormon and I'm pretty sure God isn't going to hate me. By the way, what gave you this idea in the first place?

Androgynous Joe,
Somehow you seem familliar. Were you on EZboard?

"christians: according to Mormonism, do you have to be ugly and boring to please God?"
Just because I am ugly and boring does not mean that anyone else has to be. If a Mormon says that I am ugly and boring, then I would say, "You are only saying that because it's true." lol

"will God punish me for just looking pretty and attractive?"
Just a moment, let me ask Him.

What I propose you do: bypass on your Heavenly Father in prayer and ask what's genuine. he will answer you, for the period of the Holy Ghost. that's the only way you will ever extremely comprehend. We have faith the gospel Christ taught became lost and/or replaced with time. There mandatory to be a fix of the fulness of the gospel. whilst God and Christ acknowledged to Joseph, they advised him that everyone different church homes weren't coaching the properly suited doctrine. some had areas and products, yet not the finished gospel. That extra with regard to the fix. examine the e book of Mormon. examine the adventure of Joseph Smith's ingenious and prescient... that's wonderful. President Hinckley pronounced as quickly as that this (the gospel fix) is the two the main important hoax ever, or that's the suited miracle to ever take place in this dispensation. We motivate every physique to ascertain for themselves that's stable. remember on your Heavenly Father, he will answer you. What you experience around your acquaintances, is the Spirit. He testifies of certainty. i comprehend the gospel to be genuine and that's by way of fact I definitely have studied, prayed and gained solutions to my prayers. I definitely have additionally gained maximum of advantages by way of gospel... that's the suited miracle.

First of all, we are all gorgeous to God. We are His children. Second of all to please God, there is 3 things you must do, Love Him above all things, Love everyone around you, and follow His commandments. Thirdly, no of course you won't be punished because you're pretty, that's the way He made you.:o]

Vanity is considered to be a form of greed, it just depends how that person feels about him/her self. If its all about me well that not right if I am trying to be a prefect vessel to Christ as we all should then its ok.

How lame. If you're going to bash the LDS church, at least come up with something controversial. Good grief...
