I want to reduce my traps and biceps. So i wonder is it better to work out with lighter weights or not to work out. I have those muscles from streaching out exercise when i had more fat and mase and now I dont want them. I am not working out for three monts but i do not see any results.I need a professional suggestion. Can also help working out my abbs?

Not a pro here, but I think leaving them alone will only hurt in the long run. My personal experience is that light weight with lots of reps make for tighter, leaner muscle. I would try using REALLY light wieghts (or no weight) and going to muscle fatigue for a couple of weeks and see what happens on the biceps. I'd use a tape and not try to eyeball it. Getting the muscle is hard, getting rid of it without becoming a blob is harder. The best and easiest optical way to make the change you are looking for would be to grow all the rest of your muscle mass which may not really be an option. For the traps and the biceps I think you should look at what you are normally doing to work on other areas and see if you can try to minimize how much you use your traps and biceps when working those areas too.
I don't think working out your abs will shrink/change your biceps and/or traps if that is what you are asking. If you are asking for help improving your abs my vote is variety above all else until you start seeing an exact area you want to zero in on and alter, then make the changes to your routine. If your abs are overdeveloped, that is probably going to be harder to change than arms unless you can change everything around them so they "look" different... JMO, Hope it helps!

Dude, you've got the most unique problem!

I work my traps all the time, but I don't have anything there.

The only natural way to reduce a muscle is to not use them. This might take a long time to produce results, but you could always go for surgery

Not working out is the only way, using lighter weights will maintain what you have now...but they are not going to reduce much because the muscle cell have already been put there by your body...they are not going to go away...they will just shrink a little if you don't use them
