Wow, you really don't know how lucky you have it, do you?
No, I don't think it spells trouble. The pictures show clothes that are more than acceptable, and in this day and age, he's a pretty clean-cut kid, it looks like. That, mixed with the fact that his song is by a Christian band, he lists Christian books in his favorites lists, and he seems to be intelligent and articulate, I think you should count your blessings. Not only that, but he doesn't claim to drink, smoke, or be a sexual deviant.
The baggy clothes are what I would imagine annoy you, and perhaps that he doesn't tuck in shirts, etc., but I should tell you, if that's your big problem, you should probably let it go. He's a teenager, and probably does things you disapprove of, but if the clothing alone is the major beef you have with him, I'd consider that battle unimportant.
My brother-in-law, same age, owns several shirts with marijuana leaves or drug jokes on them, and he wears those, I guess to match the scent that follows him around everywhere these days.
Be thankful for what you've got.

he seems to dressed like every other 17 year old boy and some girls so maybe inside of trying to get him to dress the way you want try dressing the same way he is for a week or so and walk around with him and embrass the hell out of him and then tell him he you will stop if once in awhile(for a start) he would wear something you would like him to wear....

If you're talking about the baggy jeans, the pull over sweater and the turnt around baseball cap! ( That's perfectly normal ) All my kids dressed that way when in high school and are on their way to success! Don't worry! He'll be fine! God Bless!

Pick your battles there grandma.
The kids dressing differently isn't anything to fight about unless they are being kicked out of school and such for it. Kids express their individuality through their hair styles and dress and will thankfully outgrow most of it.
If his dressing different is your only problem, then you have a great grandson and one to be proud of, regardless of his choice in clothing.

He's just dressing how he feels comfortable. Also, he's 17 and practically grown...I know you care for and love him but at some point you have to let go. He'll figure out that his dressing isn't as cool as he thinks eventually...I promise.

He doesnt look anything like what I expected when I read your question. I thought he would look like he belonged to one of the disturbing, negative countercultures that are out there right now. He really looks pretty clean-cut and mainstream for today. His profile has a lot of positive things on it, like his interest in sports. I think he looks just fine for his generation and you have nothing to worry about.

I don't see anything wrong with the way your grandson dresses. That is normal from what I can see. Believe me it could be worse.

Times have changed granny. Clothes are just clothes. How a person dresses in this day and age does not have anything to do with the kind of person they are.

Let him dress the way he wants to. Young people go through phases until they find what's right for them.
