I have red bumps in a small circle on my arm and on my ankles....I have had it for about 4 years and never gone to the doctor....It looks like razor burn just a whole lot worse.....It sometimes produces this clear oily liquid.....if you know what it is or have an idea please tell me....

No, I don't, but as a lot of skin conditions can result from candida albicans (yeast) fungus, if an antifungal cream seems to help, then it might be yeast. www.hufa.org has some basic information at the yeast link.

Maybe psoriasis. Call the advice line of your doctor and make an appointment so you don't have to wonder anymore. Four years is a long time.

Sounds maybe like ringworm. If it is it can be cleared up with medication.
