im going to be asking this girl out on a date but not sure where to take her i was thinking something like dinner downtown then go ice skating or something like that? my question is would that be to much for a first date and what should i talk about while on the date i would really apreciate a little help as iam totaly lost in matters of heart so thanks to all that respond it would help me greatly.

That sounds great. Talk about things you are really interested in. Don't be someone you are not because down the line she's going to wonder why you lied in the beginning.

If you know that she likes to ice skate then that might be fun. It might give her a chance to relax and be her self. If you don't know if she skates or not then I would plan on doing something else.

make sure she knows how to iceskate ... besides that, sounds like a perfect date.
