I recently bought some Shirataki noodles at whole foods.

I have to give them a thumbs up. They have about 20 calories per serving.

They are not the traditional, fully-loaded carbs that you buy at the grocery store. They are made with tofu and contain lots of fiber.

Definitely, they are worth purchasing if you are concerned about lowering your overall calorie consumption yet still wanting your "noodles".

No you will not lose weight eating noodles. No matter what type they are they are full of carbs. If you want to drop pounds there is only 1 way, a well balanced diet with exercise. Doesn't have to be alot depending on the amount of weight you lose but keep moving. You can eat almost anything as long as it is in moderation. I usually don't eat carbs after around 5:00pm. Weight watchers is a greatplan if you need to follow something because it shows you how to moderate. Or just cut your portions

If you're buying only some items, skip the cart and also carry a basket.

Are you just eating noodles all the time? yeah...you'll lose weight...because noodles are usually fat free....but it sounds really unhealthy...noodles have basically no nutritional value...they are just carbs
