I guess it is Vietnam's country code. I tried to look it up and i got this u too chk it out and maybe ur query wud get resolved somehow.The second link in the source that I've put up is the main page to get all the codes and from there on u get to go deeper...try it.Hope this helps.Vietnams country code is 00 84 and the 5 u listed must b a city code or specific area code. So 84 is country code and 5 is city code.

Like Kittana, I looked all over the place trying to find out, and the closest I got was the same, 84...Vietnam. As I recall, that was a telephone code. Unlike Sharon, once I found that I had to search country by country to find a postal code 00845, I gave up very quickly. Sorry, but 20 or so sites is about my limit for a search. You didn't specify whether it was a telephone or postal code. It would save other people a lot of time if they could limit their search to one or the other.

Africa is a continent not a country, if you want a country code you need to be more specific
