I have read several different articles that say coffee in small amounts like 1-2 cups per day have no negative effects, in fact caffine in small doses have some good effects. Olympic athetes are limited to, I think, the equivilant of 5 cups of coffee before competeing. Black coffee helps keep the digestive system regular, unless you have IBS. If you do have IBS, you should stay away from caffine. I say, hooray for coffee!

Coffee is good, as far as you don't take a lot of cups a day. If you walk a lot or do some exercise, sleeping should not be a problem.

Yeah, it fights cancer and keeps you awake. Sugar and milk or cream shouldn't be a problem, as long as you get up and move after you have it instead of sitting around. I think it's colon cancer that it helps prevent.

Yes, one or two cups a day is OK. Good thing, too, because I am a caffeine addict!
