im in grade 9 and my heart was just broken for about the 80 thousandth time and i have a back up guy but i dont know what to do should i go for the back up guy or keep going after the one who broke my heart? i need a girls help....

What you need to do is stay away from guys [in a romantic way] for awhile. If you can't find one that treats you right, then take a break for awhile and be just friends with them. Never go for your back-up guy if your coming out of your relationship. It wouldn't be fair to him and you wouldn't be fully in the relationship and it would most likely end badly. And you soo obviously don't need that right now. Take this from me.

Focus on your studies and some other hobbies. All this chasing around with boys isn't going to get you very far in life. Calm down and stop going all hormonal over boys, you're only 14-15 years old. Acting boy crazy is not attractive and the boys know it.

Quit thinking about dating and boys and concentrate on school, sports, your friends.
By the way having a "backup guy" is not cool - how would you feel if you were the "backup girl"? What if he finds out he's your second choice? That's just using a person for your own purposes and very immature.

Don't go back for more abuse. It's bad for you and for your self-respect. Only date your backup if you really like him. Be confident. It's the best revenge and you will thank yourself later. If you are comfortable with yourself, that's a treasure that can't be taken away from you. If you don't have self confidence, nothing can take its place. Good luck.

i know what your going through cuz i've been there befor. you shouldnt go after either of them. give your heart some time to heal. then when you feel ready to go out with someone again then go for it.
