First of all, you need to either cut back on refrain from drinking alcoholic beverages. It's ok to have 1 or 2 drinks a day, from your liver's perspective. Overuse of tylenol and many other drugs can also damage your liver (also drinking antifreeze will kill it pretty quick!)
You need to drink one ounce of water per pound of body weight per day.(example: if you weigh 100 pounds, drink 50 ounces in a day....weigh 200 pounds, 100 oz./day. You get the point) Water will help you keep your liver clean by helping you flush toxins and waste from your system.
Do try and eat more fruits and vegetables, and fewer refined carbs. (like white bread, pasta, and sugar) Also, lay off of the fried fatty foods, and eat more foods with fiber.
Last, you can take a supplement called Milk Thistle that is reported to help detoxify the liver.
Good luck and God Bless!

The liver is a purifier, so water is the thing that will keep the liver healthy. Think about it like rinsing out a filter.

Unless you deliberately poison it, the liver is the healthiest organ you have. It is capable of regeneration. Just eat a normal diet with lots of good red meat and fruits and vegetables.

And then she holds you down and makes you eat it? Temptation is everywhere, grow up and get some willpower- and then remember how lucky you are to have a mom and a choice about what food you choose to eat.
