No, there is no company that has a finance agreement with the Philippines. Almost all retail sales contracts for automobiles state that you cannot remove them from the US. The reason is that the contract is not enforceable outside the US and that you could register the car without having them on the title. The only guarantee they have of you repaying them is the lien they have against the car until you pay it off. However, if you can qualify for an unsecured loan here in the US, you can use that to purchase a car in the Philippines. Most people with average credit qualify for about $5,000.00.
