why do people not like tall girls? im 17 and possibly about 6'1 6'2 and no one seems to like me or want to go out with me and ive been getting shyer because everyone seems to want to talk about my height and this guy i thought i had a shot with today i found out he has a girlfriend but shes ugly so that makes it a little bit more bearable but why does no one like me? would it be different if i was shorter?

Not at all. Men, boys, find tall women to be intimidating. Some of them want little girls so they can "dominate" in a way. That is not going to happen with you, or me, Im 5'10" and I know the feeling. You don't want the guys who are intimidated by your physical characteristics, you want someone who embraces them and trust me you will find him. I did, my honey is 6'4", they are out there, it just takes a special type of man.

if you were shorter you'd say no one wants to date you because you're short. We always want to be what we aren't. I wish my hair were curlier and i wish i were taller because it seems men like longer legs. Whatever it is, trust me if you're having trouble getting dates it may be because of your personality or your age as well or the guys you are pursuing. Wait until you get older and men grow up. Then they know what they really want and there will be plenty of men that want to date you for being tall. Good luck!
