Yes, from time to time I think that everyone feels that way. Only by stepping "out side the box", can we begin to get out of what ever rut we are in.

I do. Especially these days. I cant find a job I can do without pain, my application for disability has been turned down, I get stuck with the grandkids most of the time, and all I do is housework, yard work, and go to church. By the way, I am also bored.

I used to think that, but now I feel I am lucky to be where I am. Don't be negative. Don't see it as a rut. Count your blessings and thank God you are healthy and alive. Continue to do what pleases you and that's what life's about.

Yep, if your in one do something to shake it up, cause a rut left too long turns into a depression which is much harder to get rid of.
