So whats the problem? I read all the things u did, i wont ask why but lets move on ok. If you want to lose some weight, u get a plan, and in that plan u stay with it, ( their is no such tablet as a thing called a diet pill ) pills dont let the body lose pounds, it truly wont happen hun. Its all begins by walking into a gym, if u want a trainer, make sure u get a good one, if not, then call me i will set u up on a plan u can do alone. Its being active and knowing what to eat, its easy, if your hungry then eat, but just dont over do it, if u have a wt problem then u cant eat a lot of calories, its as simple as that, u can eat, but u can not eat certain types of foods, u have to teach yourself this. Ive been training clients for a long time. Dont listen to other's unless they know what they are saying. Make sense. Take your time, have fun, but get a plan that works, U can do this by yourself if u want. I had a girl last yr size 16 that went down to a size 6-8 in 10 wks. How? She never cheated on her food plan. everything was tiny amounts, u trick your body. Tony

I am an exercise physiologist. The best way to lose weight is 5-6 days a week participate in one-hour of cardio in order to lose weight. After you meet your goal-workout 3-4 days a week at 30 minutes to maintain that weight. Also, eat in smaller portions if you have a really big diet. Keep in mind the average person only loses 1-2lbs a week and it will take about 6-8 weeks before you begin to truly notice a difference so hang in there, it is working. You don't have to try some foo-foo diet unless you plan on sticking to that the rest of the time you'd like to be that size.

Loosing weight and keeping it off is more than taking pills and going to weight watchers for six months and then stopping. Loosing weight and keeping it off requires making permanent life style changes and sticking to them.

First I suggest making a chart with the goals you want to acheive. I have a chart I keep track of my excercise on, it also has a program on it, so I know what do and when.

Second, I also suggest finding a healty meal plan that you can afford, stick to and which will give you the choices that you need to suceede. You might check out programs like Body for Life, E-diets, Weight Watchers, Volumetrics or ask your doctor for a referal to a nutritionist. What I have found to be most helpful, is portion control, moderation, and that I give myself cheats now and then. I know a candy bar is not going to kill me, but one every day will. I also try to aviod buying icecream, chips, processed foods, etc. I try to eat more whole foods etc. There are many ways to get grains etc. into your day.

Thrid, excercsing, is hard, but should not be something that discourages you. Start moving, even if's its parking father and walking in to a store or your offce. Bring your lunch to work and take a walk on your lunch break, or walk around the building when you have a break. Thre are also many DVDs you can do at home. I like anything by Denise Austin, she is so positve and her workouts don't require extra equipment etc. I do her workouts every other day, and it only takes a half hour each time.

Finally, find a friend, sister, partner to work with. Having some one you can talk to or work with will help you tremendously. The most important thing is to not give up when you are sore and tired, and make these changes a permantent part of your life.

Good luck

Lower your caloric intake to 1000 -1200 calories a day. Most people on average eat a daily caloric diet of 2000-3000 calories a day. Lowering your caloric intake with make you naturally lose weight. You do have to be a lable reader, and strong willed enough to stick to the game plan. Did you know you actually burn more calories chewing celery than you gain by eating it? Odd but true. You must watch your calories!

I'm starting to lose weight myself and a friend of mine who lost 150 pounds without joining a gym or having that surgery said the only real change she made was watching how many fat grams she consumes and and sugar intake. She did say this isn't an easy process (losing weight) and the only way she really conquered it was she had people help her stick to it. You have to change your eating habits completely and stick to it to really work. Good Luck!

Try Nutrisystem! Unlike regular diets you aren't left hungry all the time. Plus their desserts are yummy. It's kind of expensive but well worth the money. Good luck!
