You can't only train your abs and get it flat that way. Ab training only strengthens the muscles, but doesn't get rid of any possible fat on the area exclusively. (I'm sorry but this is one more lie from the shopping channel..). If you go on a diet, the usually it is the abdominal fat that goes first. So I would suggest a balanced diet combined to a good exercise routine.

doing pelvic floor excercises increases your chances to loose stomach fat therefore flatter stomach
