by the way sit-ups are bad for my back. i've tried but it hurt too much. American please help. i wanna look cute too.

You need a complete cardio and diet plan....eat protein and only non refined carbs...Vegatables are good carbs....do at least 30 min of cardio a day 3 times a week....sit ups are not that necessary..unless you want toned abs

Try Jogging or walking and a sensible diet plan you will lose weight all over and our belly will shrink as a result
