Theres this guy in my school that i really like. We used to have lunch together last year but this year we don't have anything at all, and only if I'm lucky, I get to see him in the halls between classes. We barely talked last year and now, we never do. Last year, I had a boyfriend and didn't really care about him much, but now that I've been single for almost 8 months, I've been having my eye on him.
I want to start talking to him. How do I do it?

just strike up a casual conversation. talk about skool, football games, events,etc. get to know him and let him get to know you. dont put a lot of presure on him that you are interested, this might make him nervous. just have fun and stay calm and relaxed and GOOD LUCK!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

hmm...thats a hard one alot of girls r goign through that problem now that the new school year started and all, i was in ur same situation but now im out of it and basically all i did was move on or just try get to talk to him. how? u can just randomly bump into him and be like "hey!i havnt seen u in forever where have u been, we never talk anymore, lets have lunch like we used to" then gradually start invited him to do stuff with u over the weekend and there u go, u guys r talking again. if u want to see him more around school figure out his schdule and try change ur classes around...kinda desperate but ya girls do alot for guys that u like. if no of this helps then u got to move on sweetie! trust me u'll find another guy good luck though

That's easy to answer since I'm in practically the same situation as you. Just walk up to him and say hey. Start a convo and get to know him better. Once you start to know each other better, ask him to hang out with you whenever possible. Whenever you feel comfortable, start openly flirting with him. The next thing you know, you guys will be going out! Good luck!!!

You should try and talk to him the next chance you get you'll never know what to can have if you don,t try. That how me and my now Boyfriend were and now i'm so happy with him i care the world for him

Just go talk to him... when you see him say hi and start a conversation with him... (**very important** be yourself) if you see that he likes you maybe you can throw notes in his locker about being his secret admire! Most importantly i think you need to be yourself!

Smile at him and stop him in the hallway....show up at one of his events if he's into sports or a club.
sometimes guys need obvious clues to know your interested.

you will never know wht he will say or do unless you do it... you are scared that you will mess it up... for all you know he might also have noticed you!! Jus stop him one day and tell him that someone had called him somwhere and take him there.. no0one will be there soo makes it private and keep it a secret!!
