I'm very thin, and can't seem to gain weight. I'm sick of people thinking I'm anorexic.

Before I got old and fat, I had the same problem. What helped me gain GOOD weight was lifting weights in the morning and again at night (2 hours total a day). I drank 2,000+ cal protien weight gain shakes every morning before my workout. I ate lunch at McD because my metabo burned off everything including the protien and carbs, so I added extra fat (2 cheeseburger value meal). It took me 2 years to pack on 15 pounds, but it was all lean muscle and I was in the best shape of my life, I was 5'9 135.
Your metabo may be high enough that you will never be a big muscle dude, but looking like Bruce Lee would certainly shut people up and should make you feel better about yourself too. Hard work is all it takes, and it is really worth the effort. Too thin is gross just like too fat is gross and either is also unhealthy, but the main person that has to be happy with the way you look is you. Good luck!

Go to the doctor and ask for recommendations on how to gain weight the healthy way. Maybe you are naturally thin and don't need to gain weight. Don't just try to gain weight on your own. It can be unhealthy to gain weight as much as it can be unhealthy to lose weight if you do it the wrong way. Sometimes people say things to thin people because they are jealous of the way they look. Any case go to the doctor and ask for the right way. Good Luck

I think you meant "healthfully."

Weight training is very helpful for weight gain. It will stimulate muscle growth and your appetite. Also, steer clear of anything that has caffeine, like coffee, tea, cola, or Mountain Dew. Caffeine will stifle your appetite. If you smoke, quit.

DO NOT stuff your face with junk food to load on extra fat. The average person in the civilized world is overweight. That means you can be a healthy weight and still look skinny to all the jealous fat asses.

What is a healthy way I can gain weight?... Is the correct phrase..
either way....Try using protein powder and working out with weights...your body probably isn't going to gain much fat...So gaining lean muscle is probably going to be easier for you and a lot healthier
