Nope, there are no non-surgical ways to make your forehead smaller. Bangs/wispy bangs are the only ways to help make your forehead seem smaller, and they wouldn't really be on your "face".
Hats would do the same thing, but I doubt that you would want to wear a hat every moment you're out in public.
BTW, there is nothing wrong with big foreheads. My sister has a HUGE forehead and she's not bothered by it. As a matter of fact, she takes pride in it.. and so should you :-)
***** BANGS are:
Bangs are when they take hair from your forehead line and cut it to the length to where your eyebrows are... sometimes higher... sometimes lower, depending on where you want them.
Here's a link to different types of bangs:

Here's a site that would help you decide what type of bangs to get, if you wanted to get bangs:

"Wisps" or "Wispy Bangs" are still bangs, just not as much hair is used. Here's a link to an example of wispy bangs:

Best to you! I'm sure you look fine, just as my sister looks fine with her large forehead and is comfortable with it. It all depends on what makes YOU feel good.

I saw a plastic surgeon who Made a persons forehead look smaller by actually stretching the scalp, removing some forehead skin and then reattaching the scalp lower down on the forehead. The persons forehead did look saller but it seems like an awful lot to go through just to change your hairdo. Awfully expensive too !

There are two things you can do. One, is you can get your forehead bone shaved down. I don't think this exactly what you are look for and sounds more painful than optional two. Second, you can get hair transplants to lower your hairlline in the front and make your forehead look smaller. The first one is widely used by transexual men trying to look like women because men have a more pronounce forehead. Its also used by normal women. The second is also used by transexuals but also by men and women.

Yes there are ways, but some are pretty extreme and probably not worth the risk, such as shaving the brow bone down. You can also have your hairline lowered, again pretty extreme just to make your forehead a tad lower, or there is hair tranplantation to bring the hairline down non-surgically. HTH : )

Visit a beautician or dermatologist who can arrange some artificial hair implants.Or ask your hair dresser to help you in camouflaging your wide forehead. Usually they know many ways (some special hair cuts) to make the wide forehead look narrow. All the best.

nope.
you may want to do that hair plug thing and lower the forehead a bit using that proceedure. via the lowering the hairline giving the illusion of a smaller forehead.

Yes.
I am an Extreme Makeover fan.
You might have a condition called FRONTAL BOSSING; where the forehead and brow are over-pronounced.
So...do your research, save your money, and consult a qualified plastic surgeon!
God bless you!

your are just being a little silly. there are no procedures to my knowledge. and if there were i wouldnt advice it. to hide your 'huge' forehead change your hairstyle. cut a bang or use other methods to conceal your 'massive' forehead. varying hair parts and so fort.
