I saw a food tv show where they feature restaurants and bars and nightclubs, and there was a drink they served at one place. It had a piece of dry ice at the bottom of the drink so it bubbled and it looked like fog. I always wondered about that, weather it's safe or not.

Make extra-potential espresso (the ice cubes will dilute it, as they soften) ... upload some liquid creamer and a huge scoop of vanilla ice cream... over ice ....OR purchase Nestle JAVA ICE in a squeeze-bottle, on the aisle close to the flavored espresso. mixture it with milk over ice. It tastes like Starbuck's frappucinos
