you d only be adding bubbles, which make no difference to how bad it is for you, its the drink itself that matters.
its more to do with the additives and sweetners in the drinks that are the problem.

There are 2 causes of damage to teeth:
1. DECAY - Sugars feed bacteria which in turn damage your teeth. Like rust in your car. Sugar-free drinks avoid this, but I've never heard of a sugar-free JUICE. Do you mean "no added sugars"? This is a misnomer and misleading because all juices are naturally sweet. You simply wouldn't want to add more sugar!
2. EROSION - Acidic drinks dissolve the outer layer of your teeth, like paint stripper. Any soda is acidic due to the carbon dioxide forming carbonic acid. More dangerous is the acidity of the drink itself - all fruit juices are naturally acidic, and in sodas the manufacturers add phosphoric or citric acid to give it a sour taste.
Your idea is commendable, but unfortunately flawed. It's far better to make plain tap water your main drink.

If the fizz is from phosperous, then the phos will increase cavities, and the sugared phos drink is, obviously, worse than non-sugared. If the fizz is just carbonated water, I don't think it's bad for the teeth.

in case you pass into the alcohol component of a food market, seem for the carbonated water. I used to drink alot of soda yet discovered what it develop into that i certainly cherished develop into in basic terms the carbonation. you may upload a sprint lime/lemon/crystal lite to any can of carbonated water and it tastes great, has bubbles, and is fat/calorie/sugar/caffeine loose! Even try some overwhelmed up mint in it with a squeeze of lime. very good and healthful!!!! The Albertsons kind carbonated 6 packs are approximately $a million.50.
