Go to or call up the high school from which you graduated and request one. That is if you need an official copy.
Otherwise, you may go to the last college you attended - if applicable, and ask admissions and records to give you a copy. (This one will not be an official copy.)

Ask the high school administrator. I doubt if they kept an actual copy, but they will have your academic records and could reproduce it.
