We cannot know what a divine being knows or does not know. However, we can look at this multiple ways:
Pi can be expressed perfectly even by humans. Let C be the circumference of a circle. Let D be its diameter. Pi = C/D. This gives us little information about the precise value but it is completely accurate and true.
Pi is irrational and transcendental. That is, it never repeats itself and its digits occur in roughly normal probablistic distribution. Since each digit can be represented by four bits (roughly, slightly less, but bits are quanta), we can say that the information in the extended form of Pi is countably infinite -- the number of bits of information approaches infinity based on the count of digits considered.
Presumably, a deity would be of Aleph-sub-one complexity. This means that such a being could easily contain the ordered set that contains Pi, as Pi's digits would form an Aleph-sub-zero complexity.
So any omnipotent deity would by definition be able to contain the information required to say, "He/She/It knows Pi." Whether such a deity exists or not is another question, and if it does, whether it contains that ordered set is another question as well.

If God exists, i.e. if an infinite all knowing being exists, he/she/it would know everything. But when we say everything, I beleive we mean everything finite. To know something that is infintite, you need to be outside its realm, but it is not possible to be outside the limits of infinity. So my answer would be no.
In other words, if God starts telling you all the digits of pi it would never end, God cannot know all the digits because there will always be more digits to know. God might know the pattern (if there is any) to the pi digits, now that would be a cool thing to know.

Pi is the ratio of the diameter of a circle to its circumference. It so happens that our numbering system cannot represent pi without using an infinite number of digits.
So what is to stop God using a different numbering system? We use base2 for computers, and God's a smart dude. So say he uses base-pi. Say! Why don't YOU use base-pi, in base-pi YOU know every digit of pi: its 10.

My guess is if He mastered the principles of astrophysics and biology and everything in-between in order to create worlds without number, He can probably figure out what pi is a lot faster than the rest of us can. Even if it's all on a tiny calculator, it's more advanced than anything we have here.

i would have to say yes. if you believe in God than you have to say yes. God is "all knowing" so any question you give Him, He knows the answer. it is always a question of will he give you the answer. you might ask God "do you know all the digits of pi?" and He will answer "YES!" But now ask Him if He will tell you the answer. He might reply, "no!"

There is no finite number for Pi, therefore "only" God could know it as it continues to unfold to infinity and beyond. He is faster than the fastest computer, more powerful than a dual core processor and has more time on his hands to continue the calculations than we can conceive.

Since Pi is an endless number it would take forever just to try to say it. I think that God would know when to quit if he were real.

But if there is no end to pi, would God find him or herself trapped in a never-ending spiral of reciting pi to prove knowledge.
