What does the price matter? What the important part is is that your piercer has a good reputation, a thorough portfolio and insists on using high quality implant grade steel and titanium jewelry. Aeseptic technique is important. With piercings and tattoos you get what you pay for.
Nose piercings are usually about $50 give or take depending on area.
Just call the shop.

I charge 35 for nostril piercings, 45 for septums. If you don't know how much it will cost, you should CALL THE PLACE AND ASK. Be sure to tip.

Mine was 10 bucks and it wasn't done by a needle. I got it with the earring gun and the girl who did it had problems. She didn't even do it right. Anyways, it didn't get infected afterward, thank God. But oh man, did it HURT!
