i am 13 and im 5ft 7ish and i weigh 11 stone is this good or bad?

Why are people so obsessed with weight. You should be measuring your body fat %. Everyone is different and there is no normal weight for a certian size. I am 5'2" and weigh 10 and half stone. Which according to charts says i am overweight, however i have a body fat % of 18. Most of my weight is lean muscle due to weight training and nutrition.

Man if u weigh as much as 11 stones then u definately have a problem.

Whatever you do - dont start dieting at your age - if you are concerned about your weight then perhaps increase your exercise levels. Your weight sounds okay though! If you begin dieting too young i believe you slow up your metabolism and will end up watching your weight all your life!!

You are absolutely fine, sweetheart!
You're quite tall for your age, so you're going to weigh slighty more than other girls your age, that are shorter than you.
Don't forget, your still young and your body is still growing and adjusting, you've got at least 3 more years of puberty left, so don't worry about these things for now, just enjoy being young! xxx

You are at a perfect weight for your height. If you want to be healthier, then exercise. you will end up losing weight but more importantly you will be healthy

You sound fine to me - remember you are still growing - you are definitely not overweight, so do not diet. If you feel you need to tone up, do some exercise instead.

No you are not over wight and you are tall as well.
