What exactly is it that makes a guy like a woman in the sack more than another one. For example, say a guy has been with 200 or more women but he specifically liked one, why is that?

Well each man has his particular turn ons regarding body shape so naturally that's a factor in making sex better with a particular woman.
Apart from that I've always been impressed when a woman can control her vag muscles to apply pressure near the end of proceedings if you know what I mean!! It's a little bit of understanding like that that really makes the difference.
I know that there are women who are just more sexually aware than others. It isn't only a matter of experience. Some women just understand naturally what turns men on more than others do.
Experience will usually teach a woman how to handle a man in bed (literally) and it's certainly a turn on when she does something that shows she's in the know. For example I've been impressed by a woman who blew me without bending me at an angle I don't want to point at. Bending it too much feels uncomfortable for a man and a woman who knows that has one over on women who don't.

Some women put out more of a sexual energy than others do. Men can sense that. I think that every man is different and can sense different things about women. For example some men may like they way a woman pleases him orally. Not every woman has the same plumbing, they are all different. A man finds a woman that feels the best to him and sticks with it.

a sexual answer to your question would be she knows what she's doing in the sack but a REAL answer would be that out of all the 200 girls why he favors one over all may be because he had feelings for that person and sex is all about feeling you can have sex with anyone and it's just sex but when it's with someone that you know you have feelings for a little or alot it makes a diffrence and wouldn't really matter if she knew what she was doing in bed it would FEEL alot better but than again he could be one who can have feelings but still want the one he cares for to know what she is doing in bed.

Generally I man is awed by new and exciting things. A woman who is not afraid to get on it and ride. Someone who participates fully and doesn't just lay there. Really a woman who is not afraid to listen to what he wants in bed and perform. This woman had to do something that he thought was awesome and really rocked his world. Since he has been with some many now I doubt it can be duplicated easily.

Men want love just like women do. When a woman can touch a mans mind mentally and physically and emotionally, she is a winner. Pray for your spouse, daily. Woman have to be there emotionally for a man, be there when he has had that bad day at work and just LISTEN. Be his lady when you are in public, and be the woman you should be behind closed doors.

I think it may be different for every guy. Personally, I like variety. I think guys in general like variety. Without variety from one girl, guys go in search of variety, which makes it hard to make a commitment. However, if a girl gives variety then it is easier to stay with one girl. I've been married for 13 years, there are things my wife and I have just discovered together because we are both willing to add variety, spice, etc... to our relationship.
Different positions, different techniques, etc.. make it FUN. It doesn't always have to be a serious thing. It should have some impromptu moments and be exciting to you both.

Everyone is different. Everyone has a different technic, a different way about them. It will appeal to some people, but not to all people. If the guy was with a woman that had a technic that appealed to him then she stood out over the rest.

That's hard to tell, no pun inteded, lol. Could be most anything really. Her experience, something she does sexually better than any other women he's been with. Maybe a bell goes off in his mind and says shes the one. Personally, I had a girl friend who liked to rim me, and that did it for me.
