Corn on the cob.
Strip off the outer husks, but leave a few layers of the inner, greener husks in place. Microwave for 3-4 minutes, perhaps a little more if it isn't hot enough. Strip of the remaining husks while still hot, the silk should come with them.
If you get good, sweet corn, you don't even need salt. Yum.

I just read on allrecipes.com how to make a grilled cheese sandwich using only the toaster and the microwave. Today for lunch, I gave it a shot and it turned out awesome!! This is my new favorite lunch at work!!
